[ ] Transfers to surviving spouse or surviving joint tenant
[ ] Strata By-Law amendments
[ ] Registration of power of attorneys with Land Title Office 
[ ] Land Owner Transparency Declarations and Reports for residential property owners
[ ] Witnessing of real estate transactions when you are not able to attend with your own legal representative
[ ] Address changes to Title
[ ] Title Insurance applications
[ ] Various other real estate services, eg., raising title for a lost duplicate certificate of title
[ ] Easements and Covenants
